How to Create a RED Account?
There are two ways to create a RED account:
Method 1: Register with Phone Number
- Open the RED app and tap "Register"
- Allow access to contacts when prompted
- Enter your phone number and tap "Confirm"
- Enter the verification code you receive
- Set your password
- Complete your profile (username, avatar, etc.)
Method 2: Register with Email
- Open the RED app and tap "Register"
- Choose "Email Registration"
- Enter your email address
- Check your email and click the verification link
- Set your password
- Complete your profile
How to Switch RED App to English?
Follow these steps to change the app language to English:
- Open the RED app and tap "Me" or "我" tab in the bottom right corner
- Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top right corner
- In the Settings menu, find and tap "Language"
- Select "English" from the language options
- The app will automatically switch to English
Note: The app will remember your language preference for future sessions
How to Create a Post?
Basic steps to create a post on RED:
- Tap the "+" icon in the bottom navigation bar
- Select photos or videos to share
- Write your content
- Add hashtags (3-5 recommended)
- Choose appropriate category
- Tap "Post" to publish
How to Add Product Links?
To add product links in your post:
- While editing your post, tap "Add Product"
- Search for the product you want to link
- Select the relevant product
- Tap "Confirm" to add it to your post
Note: You can only link to products available within the RED platform
What Are the Posting Guidelines?
Important guidelines for creating posts:
- Use high-quality images (1080p+ recommended)
- Create concise, engaging titles (15-30 characters)
- Ensure content is original and authentic
- Use 3-5 relevant hashtags
- Select the correct content category
- Follow platform rules and avoid restricted content
How to Increase Post Visibility?
Tips to improve your post visibility:
- Use popular but relevant hashtags
- Post during peak hours (8-10 PM)
- Maintain high-quality, original content
- Engage with followers and reply to comments
- Post content consistently
- Participate in trending topics
